What would the history of Norwegian hardrock be without TNT? Since the beginning of the 80âs, the legendary Norwegian/American band has delivered iconic records, won prestigious awards and toured the world over - the iconic ârulers of the oceanâ have sold millions of records, with enormous success in Europe and Japan.
Some of these milestones include âTell No Talesâ receiving the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemann) for Best Rock Album in 1987 and the bandâs induction into the Rockheim Hall of Fame in 2019. And now theyâre ready for more.
After six years apart, Tony Harnell, Ronni LeTekrĂž, and Diesel Dahl are reuniting once again to play festivals and concerts together. That means fans worldwide will be able to hear their high caliber songs live from an impressive catalog that competes with international hard rock bands.
TNTâs "Knights of the New Thunderâ, "Tell No Talesâ , âIntuition" and "My Religion", delivered timeless songs that made their mark on the hard rock scene. "Seven Seas", "10,000 Lovers (in One)", "Invisible Noise", "Desperate Nights", "Caught âBetween the Tigers" and "My Religion" are solid hits that kick crowds into high gear both at big festivals and rock clubs everywhere. Few other bands were able to maintain this kind of continued success throughout the 80s, 90s and 2000s.
Despite changing trends and logistical challenges, the band has shown impressive staying power, as is demonstrated by Harnell, TekrĂž and Dahlâs completing a successful tour together in 2017.
Now, in 2023 the stage is set for TNT to rock again. And the world canÂŽt wait.
